The Hanfris Quartet

The Hanfris Quartet returns to the Girona A Cappella Festival with a unique experience The Catalan vocal quartet specializing in barbershop music returns to the Girona stages with a renewed repertoire that combines classics of the genre with arrangements of current and local songs. With powerful harmonies, an unmistakable style and a great ability to connect with the audience, The Hanfris Quartet has been awarded several awards and has taken its music throughout Catalonia, Spain, Europe and the United States, consolidating itself as a barbershop benchmark. This year, in addition to the concert, the group will present an innovative proposal: a live barbershop on stage, in collaboration with BarberClub Girona. This initiative will offer the public an immersive experience, fusing vocal music and the art of barbershop in an environment that will recreate the authentic atmosphere of a classic North American barbershop. To make it even more special, volunteers are being sought who are willing to cut their hair live during the show.
