The Olot choir Fructus Temporis returns to the A capella festival, and this second time offers an exclusively Garrotxa concert. A women’s choir that temporarily leaves its versatility to recover songs that were usually sung and improvised by male voices while they played in taverns, and presents them in three voices, with a little more formality, but without losing any of their freshness. This is how a repertoire that is part of the Garrotxa collective imagination is made known outside the region. A dozen female voices will sing carefree songs, tavern songs, songs of local stories that, arranged with the sensitivity of Agustí Pedrico, leave their usual rude atmosphere to take the stage and take on a more delicate, more elegant, even, perhaps, more sympathetic dimension.
